Mornings at Fireweed Station start at your own pace:  Rise & shine or snooze into the double digits. 

Wake to the smell of coffee and freshly baked goodies, wander down and see what's cooking today.  Nibble on homemade granola, seasonal fruit & plain yoghurt while we prepare the main event. 

Each day features a different hot dish;

Tom's Roasted Pecan Sourdough Waffles are a favorite - dreams of these waffles turn many guests into returning friends. 

Other choices include:                                      Rhubarb Muffins, Savory Crostata, Wholegrain Apple Pancakes, Smoked Salmon Strata, Croissants with homemade preserves, eggs to order... Something for everyone from herbivores to omnivores.

Breakfast is one of the best things about staying at a B&B, enjoy a full, healthy meal and friendly conversation around the dining table.

As one of the few remaining full service B&B's in Talkeetna, breakfast here is of course included in our room rates.
